Welcome to the proposal submission page for Staffing World 2023.
Staffing World is the largest, most comprehensive convention and expo in the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry. Each year, thousands of industry executives convene for this can’t-miss event. A variety of educational sessions are offered on specific issues and topics applicable to the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry.
ASA promotes the convention to independent, regional, and national staffing companies, direct hire firms, and industry suppliers. Average attendance for each breakout session is approximately 75-150. Concurrent interactive sessions mostly range from 45 to 75 minutes long. Presenters and panels are asked to design content specific to the staffing industry and to the staffing professional to engage audience interaction at an advanced learning level.
Here are the submission options for Staffing World 2023:
- The deadline for 2023 breakout sessions has passed.
Concurrent Breakout Session (workshop): Concurrent, interactive sessions mostly range from 45 to 75 minutes long. Presenters and panels are asked to design content specific to the staffing industry and to the staffing professional to engage audience interaction at an advanced learning level. - Knowledge Hub Tech Talk (technology-focused): A 10-minute presentation around a topic in technology. This presentation will be held at the Knowledge Hub in the exhibit hall. The deadline for a Knowledge Hub Talk is May 31, 2023.
- Knowledge Hub Speed Talk (general): A 10-minute presentation around any topic in the industry. This presentation will be held at the Knowledge Hub in the exhibit hall. The deadline for a Knowledge Hub Talk is May 31, 2023.

By submitting a proposal for Staffing World 2023, I agree to the following:
- If selected as a Staffing World presenter, I grant permission to have the session recorded and to be distributed to Staffing World attendees.
- If selected as a Staffing World presenter my biography and photograph may be used in ASA marketing material.
- ASA reserves the right to edit proposed titles and descriptions.
- I understand that I need to be a registered attendee to present at Staffing World
